The plans are ready for the contractor to build from and are an excellent way to help secure the bank loan. Not only do we provide plans, but also helpful information to assist you in the areas the average home buyer is unaware of.
Our philosophy is to provide you with a quality set of detailed plans coupled with good advice at a price that is fair. Current pricing is $0.40 per sq.ft. This means that the price for a complete set of plans for a 2,000 sq.ft. home is only $800.00!
All plans contain 3 sets of blueprints which consist of the following:
- Cover Sheet
- General Floor Plan (showing room sizes and basic layout)
- Exterior Elevations of all four sides of the home
- Foundation Plan
- Dimensional Plan (actual stud-to-stud dimensions and framing details)
- Wall Cross-sectional View
- Electrical Plan
- Kitchen Plan (to take with you when buying cabinets)
With direct access to architectural and engineering services, AutoWorx Software offers architectural grade plans that are designed to your specifications for an additional charge.
If you are remodeling, AutoWorx Software can come to your home and measure the existing home and give you accurate remodeling plans along with expert advice to help you through your home's transformation.
For an additional charge we can bring your new home alive before one nail is hammered with the aid of 3D, perspective views, and photo-realistic rendering.
